Ht. 5'4", Wt. -- - Ik this is bad but i've gotten into the horrible habit of eating no breakfast, no lunch, and then just a normal dinner and afternoon/night snacks. It is the WORST possible way to lose weight I know. I really need advice as to how i can get out of these bad habits and find a more efficient way to lose weight...if anyone has an idea...please write back!

But once i started eating breakfast and lunch and smaller dinner i lost quite a lot of weight(40 pounds over about 6 months) along with excercise of course. You just have to start eating something small in the morning, force yourself even if it makes you sick because it will take your body about a week to get used to eating so early in the morning. Then once it IS used to it, start eating a larger breakfast, like high-fibre cereal and fruit or 2 pieces of whole grain toast with peanut butter. After a while you will be hungry if u DONT eat in the morning lol. Hopefully it will work for you because it worked for me and its worth it. Good luck!
