Ermm...yeah...thats a load of bull. Fruits and Veggies are low in calories and taist really good, but there is no such thing as a food that gives you negative calories

sorry to bust your bubble, but its BS baby. I've searched through many college journals (thats what professional researchers use, not just BS on the internet) to find information on this, and there's no hardcore scientific evidence that its real. It only takes (on average) 4 calories to digest every 100 calories of carbohydrates and fat (10 for protein -- yay!). Since people who promote this bogus crap say that it takes more calories for your body to digest the food than there is in the actual food, obviously they're wrong, but if you can explain to me how 4 >100, please email me at This_Is_My_Life1829@yahoo.com!

veggies r neg cals fruit rnt, u hvae to count fruit because they have a sugar in the called fructose,fructose is natural and isnt tht bad for u but u still have to watch so try not to have more than 4 fruits a day
