Ht. 5'4", Wt. 152 - I heard that if u r a femaile and your weights is over 35 inches or at 35in. ur at a risky for alot of diseases. I have the secret for losing weight and here it is.
Breakfast:Toast with cottage cheese on it with cucumbers and carrots on the side. Drink water or orange juice. The protein fromthe cottage cheese will give you energy for the day.
Lunch:eat chicken breast or turkey breast if you are concerned about the birdflu. With fruit and water.
Dinner:Eat salad with a lot of veggies becaus vegetables help you go to sleep. If you cant do without dressing do a splash of lemon and olive oil. With water to drink.
Remember to excersise 3-5 times a week and at least walk a mile each time you excersise. I gurantee you results.

wow! how much did you lose doing this diet it sounds pretty easy to stick with
