Ht. 5,11, Wt. 204lbs - Started this weel at 210lbs and have lost like 4 lbs... for the first few days i ate a bagel or ceral for breakfast, a roll apple etc for lunch and normal dinnr like chips or somehting. went to the gym and ran with my dog, it wasnt much but weight came off! then the past 2 days i ate a whole tub of ben and jerrys tonight, and a big pizza 2 myself yesterday woah! gonna go for a big gym session tomorrow to make up for it and hopefully keep it off and help more off. got a long way to go but i need to make it. if anyone has any tips i would very much appreciate it, im not so good with the healthy food as u can tell. Watch yourself dear, if you find yourself falling into a cycle of deiting, binge eating, then compensating (yes, thats a massive gym session, bulimia encompasses more than vomiting and laxative abuse) GET HELP IMMEDIATLY!
