Ht. 5'2", Wt. mmhmm - Ok so I keep getting told that even though I am cutting back on calories, I am gaining water weight? Is this good? Should I keep drinking water? How do I loose the water weight?

i no it sounds weird but u lose the water weight by drinking water. because ur body holds water when it doesnt think it's getting enough, note: salty foods make u retain water

the water weight will go away on its own, DONT stop drinking water

well u really should only drink 8-12 glasses of water a day!!! that means drinking it slowly!! and besides u will always have water wieght, to my understanding water wieght is alittle like baby fat, but that i'm not too sure on! well good luck!!!!
