Ht. 5'8, Wt. 220 - SOME1 HELP ME! I just looked at the scale today and it read 220 lbs!im only 13. before i used to go to my friends house and eat chips and dough nuts and drink soda but i kept telling myself "oh, ill work out l8r" but i never did! i really need to lose a couple of pounds before high school starts or ill be the laghing stock of the whole school. sum1 please give me hints or diet techniques to help me out .:(

dont worry to much about going in to high school you do not get mad fun of for being fat but if you are worring about it just walk around the block lift whights and drink plenty of water

seriously ust walk around the block and dance (fast dance, not slow)! the richard simons videos all dancing, but u dont even really need a video....just turn on the radio to whaever station u love and just dance!!!!! and listen to music while ur walking around the block! well good luck!!!

Just go to a store and get a work out movie that interests you...or walk around your block/house....do sit ups, jumping jacks, push ups....there are a whole buncha things you can do, it just matters on what you have fun doing. And in you have to eat right too....not just workout.
