Ht. 5'8, Wt. 220 - for my last message i have to say this:i have no tread mills or pull up bars or any other type of work out thing . acctually i do have 1 weight lifting bar but its old and rusty. once again plz help me out before the end of the school year. many thanks

you could try using soup cans instead of dumbells and you can do crunches, jumping jacks, squats, all kinds of exercises without using any equipment

Lifting weight makes you loose weight AND gain muscle. All you need is a pair of legs n arms n you can loose weight.

What I do is try to walk outside, whenever the weather is nice, and it is still exercising. Also, just listen to some music and start dancing....seriously, if you shut the door to your room and dance like crazy, then you'll burn calories...plus you might improve your moves!!

u dont need workout stuff to workout , run outside, koin a sports team, or join a gym, get a workout video
