Ht. 5'1, Wt. 160 - starting tomorrow...30 pounds by June! I know I can do it! 30 pounds isnt too much.... is it?

My goal this week was to lose 2.5 pounds, and I only have 1.5 to go! If you think about it weekly or even daily you will find you won't procrastinate. If you think : June is such a far time away, I can eat now and exercise later. : you won't. You will wait until May 31st and start. Not the way to do it. I would recommend thinking about it on a weekly basis- and you can reach your goal! keep up the good work <3
