Ht. 5'3", Wt. 201 - Hey, I don't know if you all remember me from before, but I used to post alot on here, but then I left for a while. I am happy because since I joined bb's (which was in August) I have lost 16-19 pounds. The only thing is that I would like to lose the weight a bit faster, and I think the main reason I didn't lose faster is because I cheated on my diet ALOT and didn't work out very much. But I am trying to limit my calories to 1200 a day, and I work out for about 15 minutes every night. I just have a really hard time sticking to the eating. So does anyone have any tips for that and do you think I could lose 25-35 pounds by May 5th? (That's when my senior prom is)

Reply from Jo-anna, Age 14 - 01/22/06 - IP#: 65.79.196.xxx Heck yes you can do it, you can so anything, jsut as long as you commit to yourself, and then to the losing weight, i wish you LOTS of luck, from my heart, cuz i know how hard it is to get started, im having trouble myslef gettin started, but i know you acn do it, bcuz this time, i planned out EVERYTHING first, and now ive lost 4 pounds in 1 week!...with love to you...
