Ht. 5'2", Wt. - - i'm having a lot of trouble getting motivated..i mean i want to lose the weight but i just can't get myself to try. i'm pretty active in skiing, but that's my only winter sport. i rarely eat breakfast or lunch and usually only eat dinner. i always eat unhealthy snacks like m&ms, chips, pretzels, etc, etc. how can i get myself to change these bad habits and for once lose some weigght??

I would suggest that you don't attack it all at once; it probably wont last if you do. Instead, make a list of all the things you need to change. About every other week, pick one off of that list, and really work hard on accomplishing it. Once you have that done, add another, but try to keep the past new habbits going. Good luck!! I know it is hard, and it will take a while, but with hard work and dedication, you can, and will, meet your goals.
