So you won't lose it as fast or be as tone if you don't work out, but it still works, don't let anyone get you down, sometimes you have to get into your diet slowly.

Reply from Julie, Age 17 - 01/22/06 - IP#: 4.242.171.xxx It depends on how bad you were eating to begin with. If there is a big enough difference between then and now, then it's possible. It really is better to do both, though. If nothing else, you should at least go for a walk a few times a week.
