Ht. 5ft10, Wt. 200 and somthing - i hardly ate anything todasy becuase i haven;t had time. I've been dashing around so much! the things i have eaten have been quite bad and mainly contain bread with fatty things
for breakfast i had 2 slices of wholemeal toast(which I BURNT :( ) with penut butter but thats all gone now so i can;t have any more. and for a lunchy thing whjich was gobbed down becuase the bell went I had a whitre egg roll, and now it's 20 to 5 and i'm starving! dinner isn;t untill half past 6, will a couple of rice cakes do me any harm??

try eating something more filling than rice cakes like some nuts of lowfat string cheese they stick with u longer cause they r protein
