Ht. 5'5", Wt. 138 - Hi everyone! My name is Lindsey, I'm 14 and have been gaining a lot of weight lately. I really don't want to be overweight. I want to get back in shape and weigh about 132 pounds. Can you please give me health tips? Also, how bad is popcorn for you?

hey everyone..i have been looking at this site for a while now and i finally decided to write in i am 5'6 and i weigh about 176 pounds....i have tried to diet but i just can't find any good ways and i don't know how too loose weight in my stomach and thighs! do any of you know good ways???! i am still pretty athletic my first semester of school i had 2:20 minutes of excersise plus some outside sports but now i am going into second semester and i have no active things going on so I NEED HELP please if any of you AWESOME people know any great work out tips please write me:D
P.s how effective is running?cuz i have an elliptical machine at home

i relaly like the mini popcorn packs. they are only 100 calories and they have good flavors like kettle corn.

if popcorn has butter and is not fat free it's terrible for u, but u can by popcorn that's 94% fatfree and it taste great.
