Ht. 5'5", Wt. 138 - Here's what I ate today: BREAKFAST- oatmeal; LUNCH- mandarin oranges and 1/2 a PB sandwhich; SNACK- v8; DINNER- 2 pieces of veggie pizza and asian salad; DESSERT- popcorn; How did I do? What were bad/good things?

I think you did really well.. just make sure that ur popcorn has no toppings or anything... coz popcorn is really good for u by its self... Keep it up!!
