Reply from anne, Age 19 - 01/24/06 - IP#: 216.66.111.xxx actually- even when the peanut butter isn't al natural, it's a great food. the fat from nbuts is good fat. your body needs it to work properly. yep- even the reese's kind of peanut butter is a great source of protien and fiber, and it still doesn't have that much sugar in it!
Reply from charlotte, Age 15 - 01/24/06 - IP#: 71.112.36.xxx get healthy cereal like puffins, total, or kashi. make sure ur cereal has at least 3 grams of fiber and no more than 9 grams of sugar. or try having whole wheat toast with a touch of peanut butter ( if the peanut butter is all natural it's actually healthy to have)
