Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:270 G:140 - Hey all, I've been doing great on my new diet I really dont like the word diet but w/e lol. I've lost aprox. 7 pounds and i'm only three pounds away from my goal of this month. Problem is I just got out of a school early (we are taking midterms) and I asked my dad to take me to McDonalds, so I had a McChicken and a medium fry, and now I feel really bad. I hope this doesn't push me back further from my goal. I have 3 more pounds to lose before my set deadline of January 31st. Do you think I will gain because of this? Because after i digest this food i'm going to play DDR (dance dance revolution) reply please :)

it's one day dont get sad just try not to to it in the future and cut down on ur food a touch tomorow

Yah I agree! Once in awhile, its okay to have your favorite food! If you don't sometimes it can backfire and you can binge eat on it. And congrats on your 7 lbs weight loss thus far this month!

hey, if you eat sensibly for the rest of the day and dont muck up on any other days, you wont gain from it!
