Ht. 5 1, Wt. 160 - Im Praying! to lose 30 pounds by June...now thats not too bad
but the thing is My big cardio workouts are going to start in Febuary and Im just going to do Light workouts until then(like crunches and weight lifting) I dont know if thats realistic
5 monthes 30 pounds...is that good?
