Ht. 5'3, Wt. 125 - is this a good meal plan for tomorrow: breakfast-protein shake with skim milk, sashimi and salad, snack-almonds, dinner-chicken with steamed veggies. thanks for your help guys..
Reply from Lindsey, Age 14 - 01/24/06 - IP#: 67.5.193.xxx That's not bad, but you should just eat 4 meals a day. Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, and Dinner. Don't eat perfectly. Once in a while have a treat. You don't want to feel deprived because once you do you will probably splurge on food.
