Ht. 5'5", Wt. 138 - Here's what I ate today, please let me know how I did!
BREAKFAST: grape Nuts cereal w/ milk & scambled eggs; LUNCH: Tortilla wrap w/ let. tom. cheese. and salsa & an apple; SNACK: A poptart; Dinner: A regular sized veggie quizno's sub on white bread & flavored water;.

did u do any exercise?
honestly u may not like it but wheat bread is better for u than white bread and i love wheat bread now it tastes better to me. idk u might not like it but try it out once in awhile/

sounds pretty good! breakfast and lunch was great! Mabye the poptart wasent the best idea but sometimes its nice to have a snack like that! Good job!
