Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - alrighty.. well i have a few problems, i may weigh a lot for my height and age, but i dont really look that fat.. its just that i have lower belly problems and thighs.. i was doing kickboxing but since winter came along i didnt have a way of getting to the gym since i live sort of far from it... and exams have started so i havn't had time to go.. i know having that exerise it important but i justcan't fit that in right now... is there anything that could really help that i could do at home to slim down my stomach and thighs? It would also be nice to drop a few pounds

Well yea exercise is good but don't forget bout how important ur intake is that can get rid of sum unwanted pounds just as well! *muahz*

well to trim your stomach there are crunches and for your thighs ive heard that crunches where u lay ur legs 2 each side can help with that ..and 2 trim a few pounds u can get an exercise video that u like..hope i helped!
