Ht. 5"4, Wt. 145 - Well alright my true secret was working out! Think of it seriously! i watched what i ate aswell... if u have dance revolution this will be perfect for u! 3500 cals in a pound everyday try to work off about 1500..very tiring lol.also only weigh yourself ONCE a week. and remember when u have a craving just say to yourself "did i really work this hard this week just to throw it away on one piece of chocolate?(or w.e ur tempted to eat)believe me if i could do it then y'all can too! much love and good luck! cause thts waht im doing and 1500 cals a day is ALOT TO BURN =0, but if yu can do it good job lol i posted tht 550 not 1500 cause thts alot of dancing lol nd i pressed put on bulletin board b4 i was done =)
