Ht. 5'7, Wt. start:165 now:155 - omg!..i have had sooo many cravings 2day..it started at lunch where i really wanted some of my friends french fries..but i avoided that..then when i got home i really wanted something salty or sweet and i avoided that..and when i waz packing my lunch i really wanted some hot cheetos that were in the pantry so i had 2 of them..that seemed 2 satisfy that..now i dont know what i am craving but i just really want 2 eat something unhealthy!..2day has been the hardest day on my diet 4 some reason in the whole 4 weeks since ive been on it..but im proud of myself 4 2day even though i feel like i ate way 2 much..even though i really didnt...hopefully 2morrow it will be better!

The days that I eat junk food I feel worse. Think about that when you have a craving- I feel sick after eating junk. You would feel better eating something healthy. Good luck, hun. =)
