Ht. 6'1, Wt. 226 - hey yall. i am so excited! i just weighed myself and i have officaly lost 7 pounds in the month of january! my goal was to lose 6 but i went above that! in the middle of the month i didnot think i could do it but now i know i can! and the best thing is that i turn 16 this sunday so this is a great way to turn 16, healthier and motivated.
