Ht. 5'9'', Wt. 308 - So new years, I made the ultimate resolution... again. This time I mean it. For the last 3 weeks i've been eating very healthy. Vegetables, water, fruits, yogurt, grains... and I've cut out the sweets. Once in a while i'll treat myself to a fruit snack... but I make up for it in my workout. I work out at the gym about an 70 minutes 5 times a week... it's all cardio work out and simotanuously. No dawdling. I also am a waitress, so I'm on my feet a lot at work. I know I need to start drinking a lot of water. Any other tips? I think i've lost a few pounds since the start...

Wow, You have been doing great Heather!
Besides your needing more water, I think you have a excellent, solid plan. JUst make sure you get some rest, between your workouts and working.
