Ht. 5'8, Wt. 198 jan 05 now 176 - god well today im depressed! i wanted to lose about half a stone each month as its a reasonable goal and last yr in jan i lost 10lbs which i was extactic about but last night i ate a whole big bar of chocolate and pigged out becuz at school these girls in my yr were pickin on me. and even thou at school im loud and confident, wt people say still hurt. so yea my goal was for monday to have lost 2 lbs and be 173lbs but i weighed myself this morn and ive put 1 lbs on becuz i started at 175 on monday so yea now im depressed!!!! and prom is only like 5 months away and i want to lose at least 1 and a half stones before i even start looking for my dress! sorry for babbling on but yea any advice id be greatful for xxx (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

And my prom is in four months and I wanted to lose like 30 pounds before I started shopping, but I think I will probably get my dress in about 7 weeks, so I am not figuring that I will lose 30 by then, lol. I really need to get back on track, but for you I would say that the best thing to do would be to do what you did before to lose the 10 pounds, and staying away from the sweets is a must!!! And don't let stupid idiots bring you down by telling you you're fat, cause if you are 5'8" and in 170's, you aren't that big. Just do your best to stay focused, and I am sure that you will reach your goals!!! *~!Shekina!~*
