hey Jay! i'm on a diet too. i drink at least 100 ounces of water a day. its a lot but it makes a huge difference. walk at least 4 times a week for 40 minutes. when you feel tempted or want to eat food thats not healthy, go into your room, listen to tunes and visulize how you'll look when you lose your weight. also don't eat salt. no sodium is best! i've been on this plan for 3 weeks and have lost 20 lbs. you can do it!!! good luck
