Reply from val, Age 15 - 01/29/06 - IP#: 67.82.224.xxx i dont think u should low carb diet.. u need some carbs to get energy.. if u want just limit the amount of starch and have more vegies and fruit.. with a lot of water.. also have meat and cheese but still have some bread. pick out the good and bard carbs.. like have bread, oat cereal, potatoes, corn.. dont have like that many cookies, chips and junk.. then ull be fine.. but i dont recommend goin on a carb diet.. they work for a little bit.. when i did it i followed it.. lost weight and gained it back bc i had some chocolate and wanted more.. hahah im not saying that u wont succeed but u should try a diff method but good luck :)
Reply from Heather, Age 18 - 01/28/06 - IP#: 12.222.105.xxx It's difficult. Very, very difficult. Almost all good foods are loaded with carbs. You will also get very, very tired. When I went on the Adkins diet a while back I had almost no energy. I'd say just try limiting the number of carb intake but just a little, don't drastically overdue it.
