Ht. 5'2, Wt. 155 - oh guys this is what i ate today:Lots of water,Gatorade,Bread with melted cheese inside it(yummy) mashed pototoes with a slice of cheese(half plate)and 1 margarin (looks like orange)SO what do you think i did today? Oh yeah i walked/ran 3 times in my block.Was this good? reply back xoxo

a margerain i dunno how to spell it its like a orange is a fruit... and i know everybody doesnt eat vegetables everyday for real im going to eat vegetables tomrrow and i drink fat free , 1% milk everyday mon-fri yep thanks for ur opionons though!

You need to include some fruits at least once a day. Even just a banana will do it. Just keep doin what you're doing and you'll be good to go. Also include lots of h20. I'm hooked on wheat tortillas and melted cheese inside of them. They're so good and only 150 calories each.
