Ht. 5'7, Wt. 227 - I wanna know if I was to just drink water instead of soda, sometimes tea and don't eat any junk food. Also walk on a treadmill 6 days a week for 60 min do you guys think I could lose 57 pounds or more by june 1st. Also not cut out certain foods besides junk food but just have smaller portions of food.Tell me what ya'll think.
