Ht. 5'6, Wt. 167 - So i've been working out an hour and a half a day, and eating very well and drinking lots of water for the past 3 weeks, and ive lost like 2 lbs. i weigh myself every sunday and wednsday and im just so sick of seeing the scale not move. Its really annoying and working out isnt all that fun so should i just give it up?

sometimes the reason is because you're body is having a hard time adjusting to its new routine. So don't give up because at the end this will all be worth it.

nooo!..im not losing that much weight either..but i know that in the long run i will...dont give up!
