Ht. 5'3", Wt. 202 - I want to get my arms and back in good shape for prom, and I have just about 3 months, what are some good exercises for those??? I already do 20 push ups a day, and I lift weights for about 3-5 minutes everyday.

ur doin great but i think that maybe u should do this routine twice a day cause ull become more defined quicker.. so do it in the morning and in the afternoon/ night or in the afternoon and then again in the night.. keep going

u need to do way more than u r doing right now. u need to do at least about 75-100 push-ups a day(if u r a bigginer) and if u want to streangthen ur back, their are alot of diffrent exercises u can do, just look up some of them on the web. hope this helps

just do what ur doing! only bench press 10 reps 5 different times! and push ups 10 reps at least 10 different times! good luck!
