Ht. 5'8", Wt. 159 - Guys, I'm so happy!!! So far I've lost about 5 or 6 pounds! I seriously could not have even had the motivation to start if it hadn't been for this book my mom lent me...it's a dieting devotional and is very inspiring!!!
