Ht. 5'6, Wt. 200 - todays meal breakfeast- had no time for it lunch-chicken sandwich dinner-salad && brocolli and cauliflower with fruit juice!
Reply from Naomi, Age 14 - 01/31/06 - IP#: 88.104.150.xxx hey i read your message and i reli think that you shouldn't skip meals even if it is breakfast it is very bad for your body and you end up having no energy untill lunch time. although on a happier note you seem to be eating very healthy and no doubt you will begin to lose weight in the very near future if you eat similarly to this everyday along with plenty of excersise good luck for the future naomi xxxx
