Ht. 5, Wt. dont wanna know - uggh i feel like crap. I was doing fine- walking for thirty minutes every day and i could actually feel a difference. then i went to latin convention...i binged, i binged, and i binged some more and managed to gain 1.5 pounds in TWO DAYS. is there something wrong with me? I have been trying to loose it but nothing seems to be working- my stomach must have expanded because I am never content any more. I drink at least 6 8 ounce glasses of water a day, but its not helping. I am going to start working out again tomorrow- i ran nearly a mile today ( or so I think... ) I really feel like crap and i wondered if i could do anything more to loose the extra weight i gained plus more to get to my goal weight. Any realistic ideas?

HOLD UP! You messed up for 2 days?! Do not worry. The weight you gained is probally only water weight. Give it a few days and you will easily get that 1.5 lbs off. Its okay to mess up once in awhile. Not even week are you going to be perfect and loose 3 lbs. If it was that easy...then the whole world would be skinny and there would be no diets to help anyone. So don't worry....and do not dwell over it. You messed up a bit but its extreamly easy to get back on track.
