Ht. 5'6, Wt. dunno - ok everyone. do any of you know how to loose weight out of your mid section. i knlow there is not such thing as spot reducing but what are good exercise to get your tummy lean to see ur abs. thanx

I worked on the treadmill or played soccer for like 1 hour 4x a week and lost 20 pounds. Low fat, high protein diet also makes your abs bigger and that makes them stand out.
