Ht. 5'7, Wt. 226 - do you guys think I could lose 60 pounds by june 1st by just drinking water not anything else. Eating the same foods I eat execept smaller portions of them. No junk food but every now in then a little snack so I don't feel like I'm depriving myself. And Also exercising an a hour a day on my treadmill.Tell me what ya"ll think.

Totaly! If you really work hard you can do it,Like Laura said I don't think you'll be able to run on the tredmill 1 hour daily, But start small, like laura said try running 15 min a day at first, until you can run longer, Don't over do it. yes if u put ur mind to it, but u won't be able to run 1 hr on a tredmill. 15 minutes seem like hell. Trust me i've been on x-country for 4 years and it takes a lot of conditiong. I would do like a bike ride 1 day, maybe a run the next, maybe basketball like friday. Come up with something to do each day. Can you reaply to my question my name is laura
