Ht. 5'6, Wt. 200 - ok so for dinner at freakin 5 o clock i had chicken with no skin, brocolli (im gettin tired of that vegetable) and half of a potato with lil butter and to drink i had water...it did NOT fill my tummy!! cuz i havent ate much at all today!!

I'd suggest eating 1250-1500 calories a day depending on how much exercise you're doing.. the more exercise the more calories you should eat .. you need to fuel your body and if you feel like your starving yourself have a piece of fruit or something.. and if your sick of brocoli why don't you have other things instead? there's tons of vegetables out there.. asparagus, carrots, celery, beans, spinach, cabbage, beets etc.
