Ht. 5'8, Wt. 163ish - Hey everyone! I'm done working out for the day. I went on my treadmill for 71 min, burnt 806 calories, and went 5 miles plus 9252 steps. lol I'm tired but it feels great! I should be losing more weight now. I lost 7 pounds in a week on slim fast without working out. Now I'm back on slim fast and working out on a treadmill 45+ min a day! This is gonna be awesome!! you only need to be doing around 30min of cardio per day otherwise ur stressin ur muscles out and over exerting urself

u should ease down....71 minutes is long? Did u do it all at once?
