Ht. 5'8, Wt. start:165 now:150 - k..soo i think i actually lost weight when i ate all that junk food 4 those 2 days..bcause i checked the scale this morning..and it and after lunch..and it was like 148 ish..soo this is great!..oh and ive done some of the video..and its fun:)

you weigh less in the morning and more at night not he other way around. ismple if you think about it at night you've got your whole bodys intake of calories where as 1st thing in the morning your body has used up the calories needed and your always lighter in the morning becuz u weigh urself before u eat.

thats great but pretty soon you will gain if you continue to eat badly! hate to break it to you! well dont eat pased 7:00 and you'll be fine! exersise and eat well! good luck!

u weigh more in morning then at night so make sure u weigh urself at the same time of day each week, plus sometimes it doesnt show up the first week but it does ketchup with u so i wouldnt do it again
