Ht. 5'4", Wt. *** - when u lay on the ground like your going todo a sit up but u dont you lift your butt off the ground if u do like 100 a day is it good for u?

yeah but instead of doing it repeatedly just hold your rear end up there and count for about one minute or act like your sittung on a wall with no chair! for a minute! great for the buttocks!
