Ht. 5'6, Wt. 200 - this weekends meal:
saturday-salad, sandwich, juice, fish, diet coke thats all lunch and dinner
sunday- carrots,celery, a few tortilla chips half a piece of cake (moms bday) milk, and thats all!! oh and a juice, some water and 2 diet sodas!

how many sit ups do you do. Cause I use to do 100 a day and still no progress. I think I have to lose the fat around my stomach first.l
