Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna kno.. - I'm not going to be able to loose weight !! grrrrr. Junk food here and there. Money to go and blow at stores computer and TV to sit in front of. People to annoy you about your weight. Where doez it all end? I'm tired of being 190. Next week we are doing swim week and I'm not doing it for two reasons 1. I'm fat. 2. We shouldn't have to swim in PE. My sister buys all this junk food and I eat it. I'm tired of being this weight but it's hard to change what I eat and how much I exercise. I do exercise in PE exept swim week that's the only thing I don't do other wise I do participate. After school I come home usally have to babysit so I go on the computer for a while and if not I go on the computer and chat. It's time for a change I'm 5'1 and 190ish I was 160 when I first came to this site 7/7/04 and I've gained thirty lbs since than and it's pathetic. I used to go outside all the time and do stuff but now since I'm addicted to the computer I have become less lazy. I can't do stuff after school because I have nobody to pick me up or I'm babysitting and if I go to my friendz house we sometimez toss a ball around or jump on the trampoline so when I do go to friendz houses we do exercise. I want to stay away from the junk get back to eating healthy and exercise and get down to my 110 lbs. Good luck everybody and sorry I had to get that out.....

dude you keep saying how much you want to lose weight and how much you dont like how you look, and its good your realizing that and want to do something about it. however everyday saying the same thing and doing nothing about it isn't going to change you. Loosing weight is a lifetime of change, not just a quick diet to get it off. Its one of the hardest things to do trust me loosing my first 25 pounds was a struggle but everytime i messed up i just would leave it at that. not freak out or think because i already messed up once today it doesn't matter.. basically, if you really REALLY want to lose the weight, do something about it. Its simple, eat right, drink eight glasses of water a day excercise. Its difficult at first but once you get into the routine it gets so much better and the outcome is totally worth all the hard work. Ive been stuck at 160ish for a month now and ive been busting my butt.. im at a platue i have to wait it out, am i gonna stop what im doing cause i dont see a change.. no .. you just have to push through it. i really hope this helps get in your head that you can do it, but you have to work for it, and TRY not just complain... <3 sami

it is ok let it out. Well let me first start off by saying you sound just like my friend. she feels like she will never lose weight. and you know you won't if you think that way. You have to get in you're mind and forget what everybody else has to say cause people have alot to say. But it don't matter it's all up to u. First start of by doing something simple like stop drinking soda for a week. Then stop eating junkfood too. Also try to exercise about an hour a day. And try to stop eating after a certain time. After a while you'll see a big diffrence in how u look and most importantly how u feel. Believeme I'm prove. I usually be feeling so miserable, sad, and alone cause I'm always by myself and also cause like im in homeschool so I really don't go anywhere like that. ButI know this is the perfect time for me to exercise and eat right because I have no distractions. And also I know I want to lose weight for the summertime. When I go back to my hometown. so people can see I finally did it. Last thing find somethjing that motivates you like looking nice for summer or whatever and ask people on hear cause their good support. k good luck
