Ht. 5''8, Wt. 305.8? - I've been doing SOOOOOO good! My cal. limit is 2600 daily, and I barely go over 1,200 every day! I've been drinking tons of water which is important and exercising every day for at least 40 mins. I hope to lose some more before my 16th birthday (Feb. 21st). **NOTE** I know a lot of us like hamburgers or cheeseburgers, but I spoke to my doctor saturday, and she says it takes longer to digest and even longer to get rid of exercising. A better choice would be turkey hamburger, which is a substitute. It's healthier and it tastes even better than hamburger!

u need to eat more than 1200 calories a day. my relative ate around that many and lost alot of weight but in the end she came out REALLY short and malnurished and now has diabetes. its good to eat less cals. but u need to eat more.
