Ht. 5'6, Wt. 148 - grrrr, i havn't lost any weight yet and ive been trying for a long time. i try to watch what i eat and only have small and few deserts and i go to the gym and do dancing and basketball. i don't know what im doing wrong
Reply from laura, Age 18 - 02/12/06 - IP#: 69.47.203.xxx eat smaller meals (like 5) throughout the day instead of 3 meals, this jumpstarts your metabolism. try different workout routines to give your body a jolt. sometomes a body can become used to a certain workout, this makes metabolism slow again. try something different to get it up, good luck!
