Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:270 G:140 - HEY EVERYONE!!!, I haven't posted here in a while. Since I started my diet i've lost about 7-8 pounds. I would like to lose 7 more before this month is over. I know that's asking for a bit much lol. But I would like to make it happen. I want to lose 30 pounds even by April 1st. Every morning I have a Strawberry Nutri-Grain bar or a Nature Valley Honey and Oats granola bar with pure orange juice. I am trying to eat a granola bar and drink water with it FOR LUNCH!. Snack when I get home is usually a piece of fruit or some of my canned pineapple, and whatever I or my dad cooks for dinner. When I can't decide I choose a baked skinless chicken quater leg and have a can of vegetables with it. For exercise, I play Dance Dance Revolution until I burn around 500 calories and I have a stationary bike and I try to ride it nonstop for 30 minutes HOW DOES ALL THIS SOUND? PLEASE REPLY!
Reply from April, Age 16 - 02/12/06 - IP#: 24.197.5.xxx you're overdoing it. you have a ery large weight goal (good for you!) but that means it will take a long time until you can reach it. Dont ask too much of yourself...this is a big change, give it time!

Reply from Claire, Age 17 - 02/10/06 - IP#: 69.86.130.xxx wow! that's greattttttttt and that whole diet plan of yours sounds real good and I'm sure you will be seeing more and more results, lol DDR would be a great exercise!!! dancing of any kind is great because your whole body is in motion and calories and burning off like crazyyy :) When I lost my first 7 lbs, I knew it was the beginning of something spectacular and successful because a little bit goes a longgg way...... ;)
Reply from jackie, Age 13 - 02/09/06 - IP#: 71.115.205.xxx Congrats on your weightloss so far!! i think losing 7 ibs by this month is TOTALLY do-able! your diet and excersize plan sounds pretty good, though i would caution you not to go too low on the calories. make sure you're drinking TONS of water. lol DDR is the best--good choice. make sure your not getting hungry. if you do start to feel hungry or tired try to eat small healthy snacks every couple of hours. i always keep fibery cereal in my purse to snack on during 2nd period lol. well good luck to ya!!
