Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - Okay so my dies has sucked but today, feb 11 i'm starting it for good! I just don't know what exercises i could do? Please reply back!!!!!!!!!!

Or even just get an exercise tape/dvd. There is a huge range, you just have to pick one that you would be intereseted in doing, or get a few for variety. If all else fails, just put on a good pair of running shoes, and go outside for a run or even a walk. There are so many things you can do, you just have to find the one that works for you. Reply from ur gurl, Age 14 - 02/11/06 - IP#: 71.52.121.xxx I am so glad that you asked. the kind of excersising you should do is this show denise austin's shows! it comes on at lifetime t.v at 7:00 to 8:00 in the morning only 1 hour it is great comes on from mondays to fridays and in the weekends you can walk for about 20 minutes it is great you will really tone up!
