Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - I did well today! I ate 2 eggs(90 fat cal together) with 2 pieces whole wheat bread(30 fat call together) with jelly on them(+5 fat cal) 4 oreo cookies (not sure) Any1 know? white rice with string beans and 1 red potatoe with a pinch of butter? Is this good? I did 170 crunches, 30 push-ups and danced for like 15 minutes. Is this enough b/c it's snowing out...let me know...reply!

I never counted calories and I lost 35 lbs lol. We actually need fat in our body about 20% should be fat and the other 70% should be other stuff..fruits,vegs,etc. Also, you should switch to brown rice.

Sweetheart...you can eat nothing but calories from fat in your diet and lose an enormous amount of weight. When you diet you should be eating MORE fat, not less, but at the same time consume less calories. Dont worry about fat calories, just worry about calories total (from fat and carbs)

i been researching on weightloss for a while and 170 crunches wont show results all youre doing is overtraining look it up on the internet try doing 4sets of 20
