If you burn 200 calories a day like the average person, that means you can eat 400 a day. Do that and you'll gain it all back...please don't do that. its way too fast and won't work...be patient! slow and steady, i know its hard, but just keep it slow and steady
Reply from laura, Age 18 - 02/12/06 - IP#: 69.47.203.xxx congratualtions on your weight loss from 305 to 225! i have faith that u'lll lose more weight but don't do a crash diet/ exercise routine! you will gain the weight back. change your lifestyle slowly, like making healtheir food choices and planning a reasonable workout routine into you every day life. yes the results maybe slower but they will last you a lifetime so you dont have to worry about gaining the weight back. good luck!
Reply from Shekina, Age 17 - 02/12/06 - IP#: 156.56.123.xxx Good luck, I know that sometimes I even lose half a pound a day, and I don't cut my calories to 400 a day, it's more like 1200! Just try your best, but don't be too dissapointed if you don't lose as much as you want.
