Ht. 5,7, Wt. 155 pounds - i have had enough, its not that i look overweight. its just i know i am and i am really unhealthy i just eat junk food all the time, im always eating and i need to sort myself out. tomorrow my diet is going to be: BREAKFAST - PORRIDGE LUNCH - JACKET POTATO AND PHILIDELPHIA(LOW FAT CHEESE) DINNER - SALAD WITH CHICKEN NUGGETS. hows that?? and i want to have lost 15 pounds by 1st april. do you guys think i have a chance?? i am sooo geared up for this, i am going to buy an exercise video tomorrow.!! has anyone got any tips for me??

And always eat in moderation, proportion size is veryy important. You should try to eat 6 small meals a day, it will speed up your metabolism and is the way people should eat, it's good for your abdominal area. Eat whole wheat things, eliminate white foods. It's ok to eat junk food once in a while but not all the time because that's not healthy. Have you ever eaten the Subway Veggie Pattie? It's a vegatable sub, and it's really good and healthy of course, try that. Chicken Nuggets have skin on it and the skin contains a lot of fat and probably partially hardrogyenated oils which are not good for youu...Chicken is good but it's better if it's boiled or baked, not fried. If fried..then make sure it's Olive Oil which is a healthy oil. Drink lotsss of water, about 64 oz a day atleast. If you want soda, drink Diet soda anddd hmm what else, yeah just exercise and set your mind to it....you will hopefully see results! Good Luck :)!!!
