Ht. 5"8, Wt. 170lbs - I need help. I'm fed up of not being able to by nice clothes because they will make me look fat, im fed up of looking in the mirror and hating what i see. Im fed up of being hungry all the time. Im fed up of going to school and being bullied. Can somone please help me and tell me a good diet they have been on and has been sucsessful? And can you always tell me a good way to stop me being hungry all the time?

I did the Gotti diet, I lost like 12 pds doing it.

Hey, I suggest you ether get "The Diet For Teenagers Only" by Barbara Schroder and Carrie Wyatt, or make a list of all the things you like that are relativly good for you (no chips, non-diet sweets, or non-diet soda!) and eat only that for about one month. Good luck! ;7)

If you're really HUNGRY all the time && not just experiecing cravings then you need to see your doctor because you might have a medical condition. <3

well the thing i do is when i feel hungry and i know that i am full or i just want to eat because im bored...i pop a piece of gum in my mouth, something that will keep its flavor until your next meal.this is helping out with my hunger cravings a lot. good luck!
